The study used secondary sources to suggest preparation measures, identify ODeL challenges and suggested recommendations. 摘要

随着新冠肺炎疫情的持续,乌干达政府与教育和体育部共同授权教育机构特别是大学实施开放远程电子学习(ODeL)教学和学习,以实现教育的连续性,避免学生落后。本研究使用二手资料提出准备措施,确定ODeL挑战并提出建议。结果表明:一种一致的、整体的大学方法;保持学习成果;坚持以学生为中心,定期和清晰的沟通;创建各种大小和形状的许多培训平台;避免错误;情况虽然不完美,但进展得很顺利。
