摘要

在新冠肺炎疫情的特殊情况下,网络教育实现了“不暂停学习,暂停上课”。但在一些地区,还存在着移动终端设备不足、网络覆盖率低、信息化教学技术水平不高、智能化、个性化不够等问题。因此,要在疫情背景下提升在线教育的水平和规模,可以从加强教育中物联网等新型基础设施的建设投入、提高教师的信息化素养、推广M-Learning等信息化学习方式等方面入手。
