As the relationships between creativity and computing have changed dramatically over time, more and more novel concepts, such as Creative Computing, start to play an increasingly important role in human creativity enhancement. Due to its unique features, a specific supporting structure can be very helpful for the development of Creative Computing. Therefore, a framework, as a large-scale design of architecture, may be a good way to go. Due to the growth of \"computing intelligence\", there have been an enormous number of promising technologies to use, such as Semantic Web. Based on the relationships between data, the technologies of Semantic Web may be able to add creative \"logics\" into computing.
