The personalization of the learning experience in MOOCs context has been the subject of many recent researches. As researchers talk about learning personalization since 1968, many learning personalization approaches and tools already exist. However those approach and tools are designed without taking in account the MOOCs' specificities. First, in this paper we propose to clarify the influence of MOOCs' specificities on the learning personalization process. Then we will propose accordingly our personalization strategy. It consists on transforming the heterogeneous masse of learners to homogenous sub-masses of learners. The transformation is done using a set of personalization parameters. Our approach provides a personalized learning process referring to the groups' profiles and respecting the teachers' personalization policy.
