摘要

本文的主要目的是研究新冠肺炎疫情期间旅行社危机管理实践对员工保留意愿和业务运营的影响。研究结果发现,不同统计变量对危机管理实践和危机管理实践效果的影响存在显著差异。其次,危机管理实践对员工的留任意愿有积极的影响。第三,危机管理实践对企业运营有积极影响。第四,危机管理实践中包含的人才管理、劳动力和成本控制对员工保留意愿和企业经营有正向影响。
