摘要

本文提出了一种基于混合变换的视频编码技术,其中视频序列的帧内用Daubechies 4滤波器进行离散小波变换编码,帧间用离散余弦变换编码。提出了一种从参考帧内预测的帧序列选择的新方法。该方案能最大限度地减少视频编码器处理中运动补偿预测模块产生的预测误差。实验结果表明,本文提出的变换编码技术在编码时间和预测误差方面都优于传统的变换编码技术
