CHANGES IN THE MICROSTRUCTURE AND MICROHARDNESS OF 65G STEEL AFTER THERMAL HARDENING AND SURFACING WITH A LOW-CARBON ELECTRODE

The article is devoted to the urgent problem of improving the methodological training of biology teachers, who are direct mentors of participants, as well as winners and prize-winners of the All-Russian Olympiad of Schoolchildren in Biology. To date, the results of the participants of this intellectual competition are not only an important indicator of the professionalism and pedagogical skills of the teacher-mentor working with them, but also an indicator of the effectiveness of the educational organization on the basis of which the training was organized. The article describes the experience of organizing and conducting advanced training courses for teachers who are mentors of participants of the All-Russian Biology Olympiad in the context of implementing additional professional programs, including using e-learning and distance learning technologies.
