A IMPORTÂNCIA DA DESCONSIDERAÇÃO DA PERSONALIDADE JURÍDICA E SEU ÂMBITO DE APLICAÇÃO

O presente artigo pretende demonstrar os aspectos do instituto da desconsideração da personalidade jurídica, o surgimento, o novo tratamento que o Código Civil confere ao instituto, a legislação extravagante e a importância de se conhecer as diferenças na alteração da regra de imputação de responsabilidade que por vezes é confundida com a própria desconsideração da personalidade jurídica. ABSTRACT This article intends to demonstrate the aspects of the institute of disregard of legal entity, the advent, the new treatment that the Civil Code confers to the institute, the extravagant legislation and the importance of knowing the change of the rule of imputation of responsibility that is often confused with the disregard of the legal entity itself.
