Then we use the standard Gaussian approximation (SGA) algorithm to evaluate the performance of these pulses in the presence of multiuser interference (MUI). The simulation results show that the linear Gaussian combined UWB pulses meet the power spectral constraint of the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) emission mask rule.
