Optical orthogonal codes are used for the decoding purpose in the optical correlator receiver. LED with an operating wavelength of $532\\mathrm{n}\\mathrm{m}$ is used as the optical source and Silicon APD is used as the optical detector. The BER performance of this system is analyzed with respect to different system parameters. It is found that the system BER performance significantly depends on underwater channel qualities i.e., water types and other system parameters.
