The purpose of this study is to determine the optimization performance to career satisfaction moderated by organizational culture on non-medical permanent employees at the Islamic Hospital of  Semarang. This study used questionnaire with 191 respondents. The results of this study found three aspects; first, self-competence and job demand have a positive and significant impact on career satisfaction. Second, self-competence and job demand have a positive and significant impact on performance. 摘要

职业满意度与组织文化的研究具有重要意义,因为员工的职业满意度可以提高员工的绩效,而员工的绩效又以组织文化为支撑。本研究旨在探讨组织文化对三宝垄伊斯兰医院非医疗常住员工职业满意度的影响。本研究采用问卷调查法,共191人。本研究发现三个方面的结果;第一,自我能力和工作需求对职业满意度有显著的正向影响。第二,自我能力和工作需求对绩效有显著的正向影响。第三,三宝垄伊斯兰医院的职业满意度在组织文化的支持下对绩效有显著的正向影响。关键词:自我能力,工作需求,伊斯兰组织文化,职业满意度,绩效
