While there is weak bridge between experimental and theoretical research, a comparative investigation of the design experiment, programing and simulations analysis of EDFA of double pass is performed using three different categories. Experiment, Optisys and Matlab types are used to investigate and analyses the gain and noise figure of EDFA double pass. The results of the three performed configurations show harmonic trends and similar results of gains and noise figures.
