Based on the description of the QoS of cloud service, a decomposition method based on Hierarchical Task Network (HTN) planning is proposed to decompose manufacturing tasks into atomic tasks, which are used as user requests to match cloud services in the cloud service pool through interface semantics. A combination process of cloud service is established, which treats the service corresponding to each atomic task as an independent component service, and completes the manufacturing task by forming a more powerful and complete combined cloud service through interface semantic matching.
