The effective opening of laboratories is of great significance to the cultivation of innovative talents in Colleges and universities. Firstly, in order to realize the effective open management of electromechanical innovation laboratory, this paper gives four basic factors based on the analysis of ISM model that affect the operation effect of College electromechanical open innovation laboratory: management personnel, how long can a laboratory open, laboratory opening mechanism and operation funds. Secondly, on the basis of the above analysis results, according to the author's practical experience, the main problems faced by the laboratory open sharing are analyzed in detail. Finally, the paper puts forward reasonable and effective construction and management suggestions from the aspects of laboratory positioning, infrastructure configuration of the laboratory, laboratory opening mechanism, the problem of fund shortage, workload accounting of managers, organization and incentive of student teams.
