The effective opening of laboratories is of great significance to the cultivation of innovative talents in Colleges and universities. Firstly, in order to realize the effective open management of electromechanical innovation laboratory, this paper gives four basic factors based on the analysis of ISM model that affect the operation effect of College electromechanical open innovation laboratory: management personnel, how long can a laboratory open, laboratory opening mechanism and operation funds. Secondly, on the basis of the above analysis results, according to the author's practical experience, the main problems faced by the laboratory open sharing are analyzed in detail. Finally, the paper puts forward reasonable and effective construction and management suggestions from the aspects of laboratory positioning, infrastructure configuration of the laboratory, laboratory opening mechanism, the problem of fund shortage, workload accounting of managers, organization and incentive of student teams. 摘要

实验室是高校教学实践理论的重要场所,是知识创新的摇篮,是人才培养的基地。实验室的有效开放对高校创新人才的培养具有重要意义。首先,为了实现机电创新实验室的有效开放管理,本文在分析ISM模型的基础上,提出了影响高校机电创新实验室开放效果的四个基本因素:管理人员、实验室开放时间、实验室开放机制和运行资金。其次,在上述分析结果的基础上,根据笔者的实践经验,对实验室开放共享面临的主要问题进行了详细的分析。最后,从实验室定位、实验室基础设施配置、实验室开放机制、资金短缺问题、管理人员工作量核算、学生团队组织与激励等方面提出了合理有效的建设与管理建议。同时,为了方便实验室的日常管理、开放工作量统计和设备维护,本文还提出了一种计算机辅助实验室开放系统,可以实现学院教师、科研人员和学生的“来了就用”。
