This research aimed to design a smart sensor system for Telehealth based on microcontroller to facilitate the process of home monitoring which increase patient comfort. The design of the system was made through several steps including the selection of proper sensors according to several parameters, aspects and accordingly. The design of system consisted of four sensors, two sensors were to monitor the patient parameters which are body temperature and heartbeats, and the other two sensors were dedicated to the surrounding environment monitoring. The acquired signals were processed and transmitted using the Microcontroller.
