Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) -Partial Least Square (PLS) was used as the data analysis method Descriptive analysis conducted with the SPSS program, whereas inferential analysis conducted with the Smart-PLS 3.0 program. The research findings show that work environment and teamwork were not significantly related to employee performance.
