In this paper, the ultrasonic testing system is used to measure the sound velocity, attenuation coefficient and nonlinear coefficient of gun barrel steel and 45# steel, the microstructure and grain size of gun barrel steel and 45# steel are measured, in order to compare the ultrasonic properties of the two materials. The results show that the gun barrel steel used in this paper has the same ultrasonic longitudinal wave velocity and attenuation coefficient as 45# steel in the field of linear ultrasound, while the nonlinear coefficient of gun barrel steel is slightly higher than that of 45# steel. 摘要
