This research was conducted at KPN Eka Cita Negara with a sample of 30 employees. This research was conducted using primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires which were given directly to the respondents. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. 摘要
本研究旨在同时分析薪酬和工作环境的影响,并分析薪酬和工作环境对KPN Eka Cita Negara员工士气的主要影响。本研究是在KPN Eka Cita Negara进行的,样本为30名员工。本研究是使用通过分发直接发给受访者的问卷收集的原始数据进行的。并对数据进行多元线性回归分析。本研究结果证明,在KPN Eka Cita Negara,薪酬和工作环境对员工绩效有部分且同时显著的正向影响,薪酬对员工士气的影响更为主导。
