The method produce linear response in the concentration range of 10-50μg/ml of probencid&5-25μg/ml of cefadroxil the method precision for the determination of assay was below 2.0%RSD. 摘要
采用zorbaxcC18 (4.6*150mm, 5um)色谱柱,流动相为ACN: WATER (55:45v/v),流速为1.0ml,时间为min,检测波长为255nm,建立了一种简便、准确、可靠、快速、重现性好的高效液相色谱法,同时测定了苯丙昔和头孢地洛昔的含量。该方法在probencid10 ~ 50μg/ml和头孢地诺酯5 ~ 25μg/ml浓度范围内均呈线性响应,测定精密度小于2.0%RSD。该方法可用于原料药剂型的质量控制
