The main objective is to maximize the minimum received signal-to-noise ratio of all users taking into account of finite-resolution phase shifters. To address the non-convex nature of the optimization problem, the semi-definite relaxation technique is employed. Together with the alternating optimization approach, several heuristic algorithms are proposed.
