摘要

本研究主要旨在调查日本新冠疫情期间远程办公对生活满意度的影响。本研究检验的假设是:(1)生活满意度与远程办公之间存在正相关关系;(2)远程办公对总工作时间的最优点存在;(3)远程办公促进了家务和育儿时间的花费。主要进行统计分析,同时进行机器学习。结果发现:(1)生活满意度与远程办公呈正相关;(2)远程办公对生活满意度的影响在低于50%的情况下最大;(3)远程办公明显增加了男性的家务和育儿时间。
