The sample consisted administrators teachers and education personnel, 191 in total. treated by a 5-level rating scale. The content accuracy is between 0.67-100 and questionnaire with reliability of 0.98 as a tool to collect data which were then analyzed in terms of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test at statistical significance of 0.05.
