摘要

针对城市电网可再生能源规划中测量数据不完整或严重缺乏的问题,本文基于多维自回归模型,研究了该区域等效参数的计算方法。根据区域电网历史负荷数据和风速数据,在区域电网中进行包括风电在内的可再生电力能源规划。在HOMER软件平台上,以CO2减排目标为主要约束,以最优经济性为目标函数,确定不同减排目标下可执行的可再生能源规划方案。分析结论为该地区制定可再生能源发展政策提供参考。
