With 377 valid questionnaires from 8 mountain-type world cultural heritage sites in China, the author tested the model by SPSS and AMOS. It was found that the natural ecosystem in tourism environment was the most influential factor affecting tourists' perception, social relations system was the second place and cultural ecosystem was the third place. The tourism environment and tourists' perception also greatly determine tourists' loyalty. 摘要

本文检验了旅游环境与游客感知之间的结构方程模型。本文将旅游环境划分为自然生态系统、文化生态系统和社会关系系统,并建立了旅游环境、游客感知和游客忠诚之间的关系模型。以中国8个山地型世界文化遗产地的377份有效问卷为样本,运用SPSS和AMOS软件对模型进行检验。研究发现,旅游环境中的自然生态系统是影响游客感知的最主要因素,其次是社会关系系统,第三是文化生态系统。旅游环境和游客感知也在很大程度上决定了游客的忠诚度。最后,在此基础上提出了旅游目的地可持续发展的建议。
