The paper aims to identify the heat load of a building with the help of thermal modeling and lighting load. The mentioned modellings were carried out on the basis of mathematical modeling. Overall load is satisfied with the help of solar panels connected to each building. The research provides an optimal solution to the problem regarding power dissipation, and further by applying grid integration to the solar module.
