摘要

对22kv电网电弧炉运行过程中产生的暂态现象进行了分析,阐述了暂态现象产生的原因,并从实现电能质量的角度提出了减少暂态现象的可能性。特别是,它侧重于评估短期闪烁率和使用STATCOM设备来降低它。利用Matlab / Simscape Power Systems工具进行仿真,实现了对瞬态现象影响的分析和后续降低。根据有效的欧洲标准和斯洛伐克共和国的立法对所得结果进行了评估。

Reducing the Impact of Transient Phenomena of Arc Furnace on Power Network Operation
