Method: It is a descriptive-qualitative, documentary and even bibliometric statistical study, associated with the cohort method practiced by federal hospitalss. Results: According to the statistical analyzes of the cohort and the theoretical-scientific basis, nursing and dentistry care in the ICU in palliative care for the elderly associated with comorbidities, is necessary and relevant in terms of their clinical and fundamental practice in accordance with the statistical studies raised.
