Since the previous experiment mainly focused on the prototype of the light source, it is not easy to use. Therefore, this research aims to expand the convenience of future use and confirm whether the backplane light source of the smart mobile device can match the results of the previous long-term research. Develop an APP(Application) that uses dynamic sleep light to apply to smart mobile devices. This study mainly uses the dynamic light color temperature and time change of the previous long-term research as the experimental parameter settings, and the results of a small sample trend study found that the effect of the previous experiment is highly correlated with each other, so the number of samples in this experiment is still increasing. 摘要
