摘要

采用蚕豆微核试验、染色体畸变试验和有丝分裂指数试验评价硝基苯的遗传毒性。NB浓度从5 mg/L增加到50 mg/L后,蚕豆初生根尖细胞有丝分裂指数(MI)升高。说明NB可能对蚕豆根尖细胞有丝分裂有影响,低浓度促进,高浓度抑制。NB诱导蚕豆原代根细胞染色体畸变。观察到单桥、双桥、染色体片段、异常作用染色体、合胞体等畸变。染色体畸变频率在5mg/L及以上时与对照组相比有实际统计学意义(P<0.01)。MN和染色体畸变频率的显著增加表明NB对蚕豆根尖具有遗传毒性。
