采用0.18 μ m CMOS技术,实现了280 ps持续时间、-20.2dB振铃电平、3.6 GHz中心频率的超短高斯单周脉冲(GMP),用于脉冲无线电超宽带收发系统的单芯片实现。利用集成偶极子天线首次成功地演示了在Si衬底1mm距离上以1.16 Gbps的脉冲重复速率传输和接收生成的GMP
