Evolution of organizational development and personnel management
The concept of organizing action is hidden in the term "production". And we will
make the formula more precise: the organization of the external forces of nature, the
organization of human forces, the organization of experience. Humanity has no activity
other than organizational, there are no tasks other than organizational. Therefore, all
interests of humanity are organizational. And from this it follows: there cannot and
should not be another point of view on life and the world, except for the organizational
one. And if this is not yet recognized, it is only because people's thinking has not yet
completely broken out of the shells of fetishism, enveloped in it on the way of
development. The life of a person and a team is a chain of posing - solving problems.
The main, overwhelming obstacle here lies in their incredible heterogeneity. The variety
and variety of tasks at the current state of organizational experience and knowledge
means specialized and different approaches to them. In the general scheme, the whole
meaning of human life unfolded before us, and now we can sum up. The old teacher of
scientific socialism F. Engels expressed them with the formula: production of people,
production of things, production of ideas. It is also not accidental that a person
should learn from Nature and the Higher Mind, because the systems created by Nature (for
example, families of organized animals) are far superior in their perfection to the
systems created by man. The genome of perfection is a natural creation, and man still
needs to work a lot on himself to achieve even known systems created by Nature, not to
mention supra-conceptual management and activity at levels higher than the human level
of mind at this stage of human development. The problem of studying and improving
organizations as intellectual artificially created systems is much younger than the
organizations themselves, but it has been going on since ancient times. The improvement
of organizations will continue without end as long as humanity exists, because there are
no limits to perfection. Another thing is that our development and perfection are beyond
our comfort. The main measure of the value of any scientific and technical achievements
is practice.
