摘要

本文分析了一个当代热点问题:幼儿园和小学的人力资源质量管理。这些学校注重个性的自我发展,注重自主性和创造性人格的形成,为更高阶段的教育做准备;因此,他们应该创造适合儿童身体、情感和智力发展和一般社会化的环境,并满足父母的期望,影响有目的的质量的实现。本研究揭示了上述机构学前和小学班主任和教师对质量概念的态度和人力资源质量管理的倾向。关键词:学前教育,质量,学校,人力资源。
