摘要

研究焊接方式对钢轨试样等温暴露后的影响,在焊接后引入交流电脉冲。样品的焊接是在实验室条件下使用现代化的接触焊接机МС-2008М进行的。根据实验室研究数据,开发了一种接触接头焊接方法,实现了硬度分布均匀、热影响区小的钢轨零件的焊接连接,满足JSC EVRAZ ZSMK《DT350类R65钢轨角度焊接接头连接技术规范》。该方法能够在不进行额外局部热处理的情况下控制焊轨连接的结构。
