摘要

本文提出的射频集成电路设计考虑了消除共模噪声的平衡混频器,并将平衡混频器分为单平衡混频器和双平衡混频器。单平衡混频器的LO端与RF端之间的隔离良好,而RF端与IF端之间的隔离依赖于外部滤波器,且LO端的偶次谐波受到抑制;而双平衡混频器从来没有很好的隔离性,RF和LO信号抑制偶数次谐波,本研究采用双平衡混频器在Gilbert Cell架构[1]中提到的线性Gilbert Cell来提高技能和改善缺点。CMOS LNA电路使用的直流电源电压为1.2V,栅极电压为0.6V,这种电路是最好的选择。
