摘要

针对高压电路测试实验中传感器安装困难的问题,提出了一种基于图像处理的机械参数检测方法。通过数码相机捕捉高压断路器开断时的开断动作图像,通过图像分析计算出动触点行程参数。同时,通过对电信号的处理,计算出所需的定时或间隔参数。因此,大多数其他关键机械特性参数,包括动接触器行程、平均速度、弹跳频率、开关时间和超行程等,也可以与动行程参数和时间信号集相关联。它是一种非接触式测量方法,可以代替安装在高压断路器上的光栅传感器。实验结果表明,该方法能准确地获得高压断路器的力学参数,大大提高了测试的自动化水平。
