Results: 58.3% of the participants had appropriate general dietary practice. The rates of participants having appropriate practice regarding consumption of carbohydrate food, high-fat food, vitamin and fiber rich food and regarding number of meals per day were not high. Conclusion: Poor dietary practice among the participants implies the importance of interventions aimed to improve dietary awareness and practice among type 2 diabetics as well as their family. The interventions need to be appropriate with patients’ dietary habits, socio-economic conditions and with availability of local foods. 摘要:目的:了解本省周清区Huu Dinh公社2型糖尿病患者的饮食习惯。方法:采用定量横断面研究。数据来自206名居住在研究地点的2型糖尿病患者,采用结构化问卷进行面对面访谈。结果:58.3%的参与者有适当的一般饮食习惯。参与者在碳水化合物食物、高脂肪食物、富含维生素和纤维的食物的摄入以及每天的用餐次数方面采取适当做法的比例并不高。结论:参与者的不良饮食习惯表明干预措施的重要性,旨在提高2型糖尿病患者及其家庭的饮食意识和实践。干预措施需要与患者的饮食习惯、社会经济条件和当地食物的可得性相适应。关键词:饮食习惯,2型糖尿病,本省,横断面。
