Besides, the method of estimating electromagnetic torque according to stator current and back-EMF constant which is difficulty to off-line detect since, to most motors, neutral line of stator winding is not lead-out. So this paper adopts line back-EMF constant which is easy to detect off-line to estimate electromagnetic torque and give the formula. 摘要

介绍了直接转矩控制无刷直流电动机的转矩脉动抑制方法。目前大多数直接转矩控制技术将零电压矢量定义为所有开关关断时的状态。然而,在研究电路中各个扇区的开关状态时,认识到电机绕组的电压不为零。在逐一分析各扇区电压矢量的基础上,提出了零电压矢量对应的六种开关状态以及零电压矢量的选择规则。此外,根据定子电流和反电动势常数估算电磁转矩的方法,由于大多数电动机定子绕组的中性线不引线,因此难以离线检测。因此本文采用易于离线检测的直线反电动势常数来估计电磁转矩,并给出了计算公式。最后给出了Matlab仿真和DSP实验结果,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
