Meta-competences that confer teachers’ credibility and charisma after COVID-19 pandemic
A paradigmatic change in education is due to the transition from teaching contents / information to training and skills development and, more, on developing meta-competences. This study aims to identify master students’ perception (School Counselling and Career Development) concerning their meta-competences that confer credibility and charisma to teachers after COVID-19 pandemic. Significant results are analysed; and finally, we have conceived some recommendations for continuous teachers’ training that propose to develop these meta-competences.
