It is a mixed method research which uses a quantitative research using 300 sets of questionnaires and a qualitative research from 6 interviews Use software packages to analyze data. The results of the research found that 1) Different personal factors affect an employee's corporate commitment depending on the work environment. the existence of the nature of the job mental state at work reward and management within the organization towards the work. and 2) Human resource management that affects the commitment t in the organization by 42.50% caused by the organization having personnel with knowledge and abilities to work. A common opinion was accepted. Has unity among the team and has a good feeling towards colleagues, supervisors, thus reducing resignation from work.
