The method in collecting the data are interview, observation, and documentation. In analyzing the data, the researcher use Research & Development. Research findings of the study are an analysis of the identification of potential, obstacles, and supporters of character education in children-worth cities based on culture in the Surakarta, Denpasar, and East Jakarta and we formulate a model of character development as a mental revolution based contribution to regional culture. 摘要
