SPM merupakan ketentuan minimal yang harus dilaksanakan oleh Pemmerintah Daerah untuk rakyatnya, maka target SPM adalah 100% setiap tahunnya \n \nTujuan: untuk mengetahui analisis tren pada standar pelayanan minimal (SPM) sebelum dan sesudah covid-19 di Puskesmas Nambo kota kendari. \n \nMetode: Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuntitatif yang berguna untuk menganalisa data dan mendeskripsikan data yang telah terkumpul sebagaimana adanya tanpa bermaksud membuat kesimpulan yang berlaku untuk umum. \n \nHasil: Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Standar pelayanan Minimal (SPM) ibu hamil mengalami kenaiakan setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Ibu Bersalin mengalami penurunan setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Bayi Baru Lahir bersifat fluktuatif setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Balita bersifat fluktuatif setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Usia Pendidikan Dasar bersifat fluktuatif setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Usia Produktif mengalami penurunan setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Pada Usia Lanjut mengalami penurunan setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Penderita Hipertensi mengalami penurunan setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Penderita Diabetes Melitus bersifat fluktuatif setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa berat relatif sama sebelum dan sesudah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Orang Terduga Tuberculosis mengalami penurunan, setelah adanya covid-19 dan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Terduga HIV relatif sama. \n \nKesimpulan: Terdapat beberapa standar pelayanan minimal (SPM) yang berubah akibat covid-19. Seperti SPM ibu bersalin, SPM Bayi Baru Lahir, SPM Balita, SPM Usia Pendidikan Dasar, SPM Usia Produktif, SPM Usia Lanjut, SPM Penderita Hipertensi, SPM Penderita DM, dan SPM Terduga TB. SPM is a minimum provision that must be implemented by the regional government (Pemerintah Daerah) for its people, so the SPM target is 100% annually. \n \nPurpose: The purpose of this research was to find out trend analysis on Minimum Service Standards (SPM) before and after Covid-19 at the Nambo Health Center (Puskesmas) in Kendari City. \n \nMethod: The research method is useful using a descriptive quantitative method to analyze data and describe the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make general conclusions. \n \nResult: The results of this study indicate that the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for pregnant women have increased after Covid-19, the minimum service standards (SPM) for maternity mothers have decreased after Covid-19, the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for newborns have fluctuated after Covid-19, Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for toddlers is fluctuated after Covid-19, basic education age’s Minimum Service Standards (SPM) fluctuated after Covid-19, Minimum Standards (SPM) for productive age is decreased after Covid-19 , Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for the elderly have decreased after Covid-19, Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for hypertension sufferers have decreased after Covid-19, Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for diabetics mellitus is fluctuating after Covid-19 , Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for People with severe mental disorders is relatively the same before and after Covid -19, Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for people suspected of having tuberculosis have decreased after the arrival of Covid-19 and the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for people suspected of having HIV is relatively the same. \n \nConclusion: There are several minimum service standards (SPM) that have changed due to Covid-19. ANALISIS TREN STANDAR PELAYANAN MINIMAL (SPM) SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH COVID-19 DI PUSKESMAS NAMBO KOTA KENDARI
Abstrak
Latar Belakang: Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) bidang kesehatan merupakan ketentuan mengenai jenis dan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dasar yang berhak diterima setiap warga negara secara minimal. SPM merupakan ketentuan minimal yang harus dilaksanakan oleh Pemmerintah Daerah untuk rakyatnya, maka target SPM adalah 100% setiap tahunnya
Tujuan: untuk mengetahui analisis tren pada standar pelayanan minimal (SPM) sebelum dan sesudah covid-19 di Puskesmas Nambo kota kendari.
Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuntitatif yang berguna untuk menganalisa data dan mendeskripsikan data yang telah terkumpul sebagaimana adanya tanpa bermaksud membuat kesimpulan yang berlaku untuk umum.
Hasil: Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Standar pelayanan Minimal (SPM) ibu hamil mengalami kenaiakan setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Ibu Bersalin mengalami penurunan setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Bayi Baru Lahir bersifat fluktuatif setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Balita bersifat fluktuatif setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Usia Pendidikan Dasar bersifat fluktuatif setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Usia Produktif mengalami penurunan setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Pada Usia Lanjut mengalami penurunan setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Penderita Hipertensi mengalami penurunan setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Penderita Diabetes Melitus bersifat fluktuatif setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa berat relatif sama sebelum dan sesudah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Orang Terduga Tuberculosis mengalami penurunan, setelah adanya covid-19 dan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Terduga HIV relatif sama.
Kesimpulan: Terdapat beberapa standar pelayanan minimal (SPM) yang berubah akibat covid-19. Seperti SPM ibu bersalin, SPM Bayi Baru Lahir, SPM Balita, SPM Usia Pendidikan Dasar, SPM Usia Produktif, SPM Usia Lanjut, SPM Penderita Hipertensi, SPM Penderita DM, dan SPM Terduga TB. Sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan pada Standar Pelayanan minimal indikator yang berdampak pada Covid-19.
