摘要

本研究的目的是了解自我效能感对绩效的影响。采用调查方法对雅加达中部SMA N区进行定量研究。本研究采用通径分析方法对全体公务员教师进行问卷调查。采用斯洛文公式选取117名公务员教师作为样本。研究结论:自我效能感对绩效有直接的正向影响。
