Firstly, various QCs of the electromagnet are analyzed and refined based on the quality of the products evaluation standards. Secondly, an intelligent evaluation model of design scheme for electromagnet quality is established on the solid basis of designing and manufacturing process. Then, five kinds of design scheme for electromagnet quality are selected as case studies to meet product quality requirements. 摘要

为了解决电磁铁质量设计方案的智能决策问题,提出了一种基于消差与选择转换现实II (ELECTRE II)的电磁铁多质量特性智能评价方法。首先,根据产品质量评价标准对电磁铁各质量特性进行分析和细化;其次,在设计制造过程的基础上,建立了电磁铁质量设计方案的智能评价模型。然后,选取五种电磁铁质量设计方案作为案例,以满足产品质量要求。最后,基于ELECTRE II方法对这些方案进行智能排序,结果表明新方法具有良好的可行性和有效性。
