摘要

本研究的目的是测定地中海和冲积土中红壤复合土的理化性质。此外,采用苏木然法,通过测定抑菌带的直径,进行了土壤含液皂液对犬唾液细菌的电阻功率试验。研究结果表明:红壤复合土的pH值为4 ~ 5,干重为0.07% ~ 0.09%,含水量为6% ~ 7%,全氮量为0.08% ~ 0.19%。地中海土壤pH值4.8 ~ 5.0,干重0.06% ~ 0.16%,含水量5.8% ~ 6.6%,全氮0.09% ~ 0.2%。冲积地pH值为6.7 ~ 6.9,干重为0.03% ~ 0.50%,含水量为3.0% ~ 3.9%,总氮量为0.6% ~ 1.7%。结果表明,10%红土复合土与液皂的组合面积为2.4 cm时,对野狗唾液细菌的抑制效果最佳。将20%的地中海土壤与2.4厘米的液体肥皂混合。冲积物60%用肥皂液为2.5厘米。土壤深度为30厘米。
