The proposed power divider which is designed based on Cohn topology is implemented on an RO4003C dielectric substrate which has the relative permittivity and the thickness of 3.55 and 1.524mm, respectively. Seven pairs of 1:2 power divider are used to construct the design of 1:8 power divider. Some parameters such as insertion, isolation and voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) are used to analyze the performance of power divider in the frequency range of 2–4GHz. The result shows that the 1: 2 power divider has the values of insertion loss, isolation and VSWR of greater than 3.08dB, greater than 24dB, and less than 1.1, respectively. Meanwhile, the 1:8 power divider has the insertion value of greater than 9.26dB, isolation value of greater than 23dB, and VSWR value of less than 1.5. 摘要

本文针对s波段阵列天线馈电网络,提出了一种1:8功率分配器的设计方案。基于Cohn拓扑设计的功率分压器在相对介电常数为3.55 mm、厚度为1.524mm的RO4003C介质基板上实现。采用7对1:2功率分压器构成1:8功率分压器的设计。采用插入、隔离、驻波比等参数分析了功率分配器在2-4GHz频率范围内的性能。结果表明:1∶2功率分压器的插入损耗、隔离度和驻波比分别大于3.08dB、大于24dB和小于1.1。同时,1:8功率分压器的插入值大于9.26dB,隔离值大于23dB,驻波比小于1.5。表征结果表明,s波段阵列天线馈电网络具有良好的性能。
