The research results can be stated as follows: 1)the quality evaluation assessed by 5 experts obtains the average score of 4.49 (good), 2) the training efficiency using the developed training set is efficient in accordance with Meguigans's theory. The trainee satisfaction towards developed self-learning package obtains the average score of 4.65 (very good), and can be interpreted as very satisfactory. 摘要
