摘要

本文提出了一种有效的基于Daubechies小波的指纹图像模板匹配算法,该算法能够最大限度地保留原始图像的细节,客观地反映图像的轮廓,降低图像的FRR。基于小波变换多分辨率分析的新算法。指纹图像应用的小波基选择必须符合图像无损压缩的要求,即取正交小波基。涂抹小波基刚好满足要求。结果表明,通过公共指纹数据库可以显著提高指纹匹配的准确性。
