An intelligent learning and earning platform employing learner's behavior and performance

In developing countries like Bangladesh, the popularity of outsourcing is growing every day. However, the growth rate is still not being able to reach its full potential due to the lack of proper training and post-training guidelines. With the rapidly growing internet penetration rate in Bangladesh, e-learning platforms are becoming more popular. However, the existing e-learning platforms for outsourcing are either not tailor-made for the local people or do not offer any post-training guidelines regarding the path from the completion of a training to the start of earning. In this work, we propose a sustainable e-learning platform that would meet the local needs of contents and provide a smart earning platform for the users after the completion of a training.
