摘要

熔铝运行中经常发生事故,造成重大人员伤亡,给国家和人民生命财产造成重大损失。本文以爆炸、飞溅、倾翻和泄漏四种典型事故为研究对象。基于风险评估与表征方法,综合考虑可能性、严重程度和暴露程度,构建了铝液运行风险表征模型。基于上述模型,利用3Dmax、Unity3d等工具开发具有危害识别和风险表征功能的铝液操作危害及风险表征可视化系统。该系统可再现铝液作业危害的识别,实现典型事故风险的定量表征,对铝液行业的安全生产具有重要意义。
