本文分析了中国对外直接投资产业布局与产业结构优化的关系。首先，建立指标体系，利用改进的熵值法计算产业结构优化综合水平;构建灰色关联模型，分析中国对外直接投资产业布局与产业结构优化的相关性。最后据此提出了在产业结构优化目标下调整中国对外直接投资产业布局的对策。
